Monthly Meetings

The General Membership Meeting is scheduled for the 1st Wednesday of the month, from September through May. Social time starts at 10 am and the meeting begins at 10:30 am followed by a catered lunch. Each month we have a guest speaker. The menu and speaker are announced in the monthly newsletter.

MEMBERS:

Please pay by a check payable to WCNC or cash at the door.

Reservations and cancellations for the general meeting/luncheon will be accepted until 6:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting scheduled for the 1st Wednesday of the month.

The price of the luncheon is $30.00.

Reservations and/or cancellations may be made by using the Reservation / Cancellation Form at the bottom of this page.

If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, YOU DO NOT HAVE A CONFIRMED RESERVATION. We will start a waitlist if we reach our capacity.

VISITORS / GUESTS:

Non-members are required to pay for their reservation (meal) by the Wednesday before the meeting to the address listed below:

CANCELLATIONS:

Please submit the form below prior to the Wednesday before the meeting at 6:00 pm. You can use the form below.

If you are unable to attend and fail to cancel your reservations by the deadline (6:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting scheduled),you will be financially responsible for the cost of luncheon and are requested to mail your check payable to WCNC.
